With the recent addition of named partners Jonathan P. Arnold and Patrick J. Mangan, we are very proud to announce our new firm name:

Jonathan P. Arnold has been practicing law for over 20 years and is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney as well as a Rule 1:40 mediator and arbitrator. He regularly appears in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and is also licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the District of Columbia. Mr. Arnold is a chairman of the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s District Fee Arbitration Committee, a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of New Jersey, the Union County Bar Association, and the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. Workers’ Compensation Inn of Court, and is a Master of the Richard J. Hughes Inn of Court (Program for Training Young Trial Attorneys). Mr. Arnold focuses his practice on civil litigation including automobile accidents, premises liability (slip and falls), product liability, workers’ compensation and medical malpractice cases.
Patrick J. Mangan has been practicing law for over 30 years and practiced as a trial attorney in Louisiana for several years before returning to his home state of New Jersey. Mr. Mangan is also Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the New Jersey Association of Justice, the Middlesex County Bar Association, and is the current President of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Mangan practices in both Federal and State Courts and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. 100% of his practice is devoted to representing persons injured through the faults of others.
