Brian DiGiacomo

Brian N. DiGiacomo  is experienced in all aspects of personal injury and criminal law. He  has been practicing law for 21 years and has been selected by the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 as one of the top criminal defense trial attorneys in the state. A highly successful trial attorney, recognized for his quality representation, Mr.DiGiacomo started his law career as an Assistant Prosecutor and as a Special Deputy Attorney General in Morris County, New Jersey. Mr. DiGiacomo proudly served as an Assistant Prosecutor for over 12 years.

During his service as an Assistant Prosecutor and Special Deputy Attorney General, Mr.
DiGiacomo was assigned to the Major Crimes Unit of the Morris County Prosecutor’s
Office. He has prosecuted cases involving murder, vehicular homicide, robbery,
burglary, sexual offenses, stalking, fraud, official misconduct, drug offenses, assault,
theft offenses, motor vehicle offenses, weapons offenses, and juvenile offenses.

Mr. DiGiacomo was an also an instructor at the Morris County Police and Fire
Academy in areas of the New Jersey Criminal Code and Use of Force for law
enforcement officers.

In 2015 Mr. DiGiacomo went into private practice where he represented clients in personal injury matters, criminal law matters and family law matters.  

Mr. DiGiacomo continues to represent clients on behalf of the Law Firm of Bramnick, Rodriguez, Grabas, Arnold and Mangan, LLC. with a focus on personal injury law.

Mr. DiGiacomo received his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in
2002. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Fairfield University in
1998.He is also a current member of the Morris County Bar Association, the New Jersey State
Bar Association, and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 – Criminal Defense lawyers in
