Arabelys Santos
Arabelys Santos is a dedicated attorney at the law offices of Bramnick, Rodriguez, Grabas, Arnold & Mangan, LLC, where she focuses her practice on immigration and criminal defense. With over a decade of legal experience, Ms. Santos brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to her clients.
Before joining Bramnick Rodriguez, Ms. Santos served as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office for approximately nine years. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in various capacities. Ms. Santos was a key member of a trial team, managing a substantial caseload and a wide range of responsibilities including, presenting matters to the grand jury, negotiating resolutions, handling significant motions, and trying cases ranging from driving while suspended offenses to homicides. She also served in the Major Crimes Unit, where she acted as a legal advisor to detectives investigating homicides and other serious violent crimes. In that capacity, she reviewed warrants for submission to the court, authorized criminal complaints, and provided essential legal guidance to law enforcement.
Ms. Santos began her legal career clerking for the Honorable Robert J. Gilson, J.S.C., at the Morris County Superior Court, and later clerked for the Honorable Michael A. Hammer, U.S.M.J., in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, gaining valuable insights into both state and federal judicial processes.
