Violation Bureau Hours:
Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Court is held every Wednesday at 9:00 am
Night Court for first appearance is the first Wednesday of the month at 4:00 pm
Summit Municipal Court handles non-indictable offenses occurring within the Borough of Summit. Non-indictable offenses generally include traffic violations, disorderly and petty disorderly persons offenses, or local ordinance violations. Therefore, Summit Municipal Court may preside over the following offenses:
